Shipping policy

ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders with writing services are generally shipping within 76 hours (Monday - Friday). The customized order, for example, adding a cutout message on the card, will take more time depending on the difficulty of the job. 

 

LOCAL PICKUP 

  • Our store is located in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. In-store pickup can be arranged by emailing us at info@teabugcards.com.

 

WITHIN CANADA

  • We provide free standard shipping.
  • For major cities within Canada, the delivery generally takes 6 to 8 business days. For the remote regions, the delivery can take up to 15 business days.
  • The standard shipping generally does not have tracking abilities.


UNITED STATES

  • We provide free standard shipping.
  • For major cities, the delivery generally takes 6 to 8 business days.
  • For the remote regions, the delivery can take up to 15 business days.

  • Expedited shipping is available. We use multiple carriers to fulfill your order. For carriers in US, we may use First Mail Tracked services with USPS, UPS, or local fulfillment partners.

 

INTERNATIONAL

  • Only standard shipping is available. We do not offer expedited or express shipping.
  • Standard shipping cost varies depending on the recipient's country. Please find the fee during checkout.
  • We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
